Has anyone ever seen someone getting some kind of Rakeback program through Full Tilt after they have already had an account for awhile that did not get set up with any to begin with? I thought I found a poster on another site once that said he got them to give him one since he basically threatened to take his money elsewhere. I have switched from mainly Tourn to Cash games and the micro rakes are going to kill me for awhile.

Go to 2+2's Affiliates forum and there's a megathread about this exact topic. It will point you in the correct direction.

Megathread was a major understatement. 47 pages long. I found it and have taken the suggested steps. Thanks Illfavor and I will post my results so anyone else in the same position may be helped also.

Well I sent an email to Rakeback and Full Tilt. Both basically said wait. I will post again if anything ever happens with this supposed "list"

1. Rakeback.com and got the following response:

Full Tilt Poker is trying to accommodate players who have previously been unable to get rakeback. Currently they are testing a small amount of players with us and hopefully we will be able to handle more rakeback requests in the coming months. Send us your player ID and we will contact FullTilt on your behalf so that you can be considered to receive rakeback. If we are able to offer more players rakeback then the next step will be to wait until you get an email from Full Tilt Poker with instructions on how to receive rakeback.

Regards

Joe

2. Full Tilt and got the following:

Thank you for your response.

We have added your username to our files for further consideration. Please note that our partnership with the affiliate Rakebackpros is in the testing phase, and a test group of players have been selected to participate.

If the partnership continues and you are selected to receive rakeback from the affiliate you will receive a confirmation email from Full Tilt Poker.

Unfortunately, we don't have any fixed time tables in this time. Please, be patience.

If there's anything else we can help you with, please don't hesitate to ask.

Best of luck on the tables!

Kind Regards,

Rudolf

People with RB are not allowed to talk about it....

Guess you not getting many answers, but I got an email which started with:

"Dear Valued Player,

Thank you for contacting us.

I have enabled rakeback for your account."

This was not FT though, but I guess its possible.

I got something similar to pawnalot's response on cake when I signed up there.

I did what lockpull did over a month ago and still haven't heard back. They might prioritize players that play there tho. I signed up for FT years ago, way before I got serious about online poker, so I never played much volume there.
Check out my self-deprecation here!
