Dear World Sports Exchange Client:
World Poker Exchange is about to turn the online poker industry on its head. Starting today, we'll be completely eliminating the rake from the real-money games in our poker room, regardless of table limit or game type. This makes World Poker Exchange the world's only venue where it's completely free to play poker-and yes, that includes tournament play as well.
The house rake is poker's silent killer, and depending on how much you play you could be losing hundreds or even thousands of dollars a month. Use our handy rake calculator to see how much money you've been leaving on the table.
To start receiving the benefits of No Rake Poker, just sit down and start playing. If you have a World Sports Exchange account, you already have a poker account as well.
Each week, we will simply tabulate the total amount of rake that you contributed (including tournament fees), and return 100% of that amount to your account. You can transfer funds seamlessly between your sportsbook and poker accounts at any time.
We believe poker should be a fun, free service available to all our customers, rather than a means to "rake" them over the coals. With the advent of No Rake Poker, World Poker Exchange is now the only place where it truly pays to play.
Best Regards,
World Sports Exchange

Small client base, barely any no limit games. Actually, make that barely any games. Maybe in a couple months when the player base is bigger

That sounds very interesting, could save me alot of $$$!
If anybody signed up already, a few qustions:
1) Hows the NL action there, how are the players?
2) Do they have shorthanded tables?
3) How is the software usability?
Thanks

What's the difference between a large cheese pizza and a poker player?
A large cheese pizza can feed a family of four.

Poker sites attached to sportsbetting seem to have more than their fair share of gamblers. Could be worth a look.

Am I the only one who thinks this is a huge deal? I checked out the site and I have to say I'm very excited. The software is solid and the players are terrible. Even with the limited amount of players its not too hard to find a ring game or the occasional MTT.
The main thing is RAKE FREE. I estimate myself as about 12percent better than the average player but I aways have to factor in the 10percent rake. Now I'm going from making a 2 percent profit to a 12 percent profit. That's a 600 percent raise!
I'll keep you guys posted about the quality of play and if there are any strings attached. So far everything looks good.

How the hell did you work that out!?
If I could get a consistently full 400NL table running I'd put some cash in. Last time I checked that wasn't possible.

So does anyone consistently play here? Is it worth moving some bankroll over? 100% rake back seems unbelievable, is there a catch?

I have been playing at WPX for just over a week and I am very happy with it. I play 3-6 limit at the moment so I can generally find a table or two each time I log on, which by the way is generally at off peak times for the site. It is amazing to see how quickly the rake adds up especially when playing two tables.
The thing is that if you have a bad week at the tables you will get a lot of your losses paid back through rake back, I actually find it difficult to play at Pokerstars now as when I am breaking even or losing all I am accumulating is crappy FPP's which I can only use to purchase crap from their shop or enter tournaments that I dont really find is a good use of my time. Give me the cash anytime, I would recommend the site to people who are just starting out and trying to build a bankroll, ok the software is not to the standard of the big sites but I have not had any disconnect problems etc..
So for all you limit players at least give it a go, if other sites can copy it and be able derive an income stream via ads or whatever it would be great. (much easier to come out ahead at the end of the month!)

I am playing 200 NL there and loving it. I would recommend it to anyone, the rakeback adds up to so much $$$ so quickly.

The rakeback is awesome, but I've had some major issues with their software.
Quite often (moreso in tournies) I will start to lag very badly, to the point that the table just stops updating any actions. Usually it persists until I close it down and restart the program altogether.
There is also a bug where if someone (in NL/PL games) makes an all in raise less than the original bet, it reopens the action.

Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

Anybody have problems 3-tabling there? I signed up and deposited but took out my money due to lack of shorthanded tables. Plus, all the 100/200NL tables had all short stacks which is annoying.
