I have just finished my first month of rakebacking at Sun Poker and I do not think that my rakeback amont was deposited in my acount. It is now the 12th of January and when i check the rakeback meter at sun poker, last months amount is gone but not deposited. Is this possible and can someone check this.

Thanks for your help

In my experience rakeback tends to be paid in the second half of the month following the rake in question. So don't worry about it for another week or so, then check and pursue if necessary.

Hi Kim,

According to the Sunpoker stats, your account was credited with rakeback on January 5th, 2007. If you have any other questions, please feel free to let me know.

By the way, Sunpoker rakeback is usually paid by the 10th of the month, if not sooner.

Best Regards,

Mark

Thank you for checking. I do see a TRM deposit for $12.21 But the last time I check the rake meter in december I had close to 30$ accumulated.

I think I just figured it ou, tell me if I'm right. The amount I get back is 32% of that rake meter money. That number is my total rake and not the amount of my rakeback.

Please let me know,

Thank you, Kim

Hi Kim,

Yes, the amount on the rakemeter (www.sunpoker.com/rakemeter) is the total rake you have generated for the day or month. You then take your rakeback percentage for the amount of rake you would receive.

If there are any other questions, please let me know.

Regards,

Mark

Pay4myCad!!
On most sites if RB is less than say, $50 for a given month it will be carried over and released after a net sum of $50 is made.
Of course I have bad days...
Sometimes I'll go a whole day without quads.

I believe Sunpoker pays regardless of amount.
