For those of you who have contacted them via info@partypoker.com did you have any trouble getting your message to them? I've e-mailed them twice from my gmail account and they said they received nothing so I switched to my hotmail address and nothing either.

Anyone have a problem e-mailng them with a hotmail or gmail account?

What a joke these guys are. I must have sent 10 e-mails from my yahoo, gmail and hotmail accounts and they said they didn't get any of them. I'm outta there as soon as I clear the bonus.

I've never had a problem with Party/Empire support. Always replied promptly and handled all issues correctly.

Party supports sucks. If you ever need anything you must call them. Hope you have a translator near by....

Calling them is fine, I get through right away and atleast I can communicate with them that way but I had to send them a screenshot via e-mail and that is useless. Appearantly everyone can get an e-mail from me except them.

Hope that helps
