since party has fast cash-outs could i just cash-out $500.00 and then re-load it right away and get the may re-load bonus? or are they against this?

You can't cash out once they have offered you the bonus.

I've done this with no problem twice now. But it is technically against their bonus rules, so they may not give it to you.

Worked for me for the may bonus, cashed out 50, put 50 back in with bonus code, got 7.5 (after 75 raked hands) bonus.
