I was wondering if anybody else had this problem. I cashed out using igm propay to have the money deposited into my checking account on Jan 5th. I checked Empire Poker's transaction history the last 2 days and it said that the transaction is complete and that the money is delivered.
However, I called my bank's automated number to check my balance and account deposit history and it didnt list any deposits made by Empire Poker.
Maybe some of you have experienced this before? My thought is that since it was a weekend, the banks are closed and couldn't update my account. I hope that's the case and that my money isn't lost.
I tried emailing EmpirePoker but it said i needed to log on w/ my Microsoft Passport ID which I dont know. Any other way to reach Empire Poker?
Today's Monday, Jan 10th and the transaction history showed that it was delivered on Jan 8th. Any comments or help will be appreciated.

An update...
I just got off the phone w/ someone from my bank. She told me that there's no PENDING money on my account. She told me that if EmpirePoker deposited money into my account, then there would be money pending. I guess i'll have to rule out the "money not sent because it's the weekend" thing.
She told me that i will have to contact empire poker and ask what happened.
Anybody know if there's an 1-800 number for empire poker? I tried to email them but it said that I need my microsoft passport log in name and pw. Can somebody tell me what that is? I dont think i have it since it's my brother's computer.

I am emailing them and asking for a 1-800 number for you.
Don't worry I'll bill you.
If your money is there...

It usually takes about 3 business days to appear in your bank account. That means Monday through Friday. Your bank account is reporting "no money pending" because it hasn't been deposited into your account yet. It's been withdrawn from your poker account, but that doesn't mean it instantly shows up as a credit in your bank account. It's in transaction limbo right now.
Have no fear. I do this all the time (IGM-Pay is what I use most every time). Give it another day or two and it will appear in your bank account.
