Post subject: Problems cashing out on Pokerstars

I tried to withdraw 1500 from pokerstars about 7 days ago to my approved echeck account (I have previously withdrew 600) so it should be fine. The transaction is still in pending cashouts yet does not let me cancel it. It has a * beside it saying contact security@pokerstars.com which I have done twice to no avail. Any similar experience/suggestions? Could it have anything to do with me bonus whoring then immediately cashing out once bonuses were cleared?

Just wait until you get a reply. It would be useful to post the email you sent them as well as any other correspondence.

I haven't received a reply, all I really said in the email is that the transaction has not gone through and I am not sure why - explained the situation

took that as meaning some sort of communication from pokerstars
anyways they responded saying oh it has been cleared now! and I got a follow-up email right after saying deposit cleared, no clue what happened, very weird how it was jammed in pending cashouts yet I couldn't cancel it or receive it haha, oh well.
