Well, I downloaded the Sun Poker client today (using FTR link of course ) and opened an account. I haven't succeeded to deposit, though.
Pressed button cashier and went to corresponding page, but it didn't work. Got message "An internal error occurred. Temporary system problem." several times today. Message says that it isn't my fault, but I have some fears...

- it could be something with my firewall

- I haven't received any confirmation email after opening an account. That could be a bad sign. In any case, it looks peculiar to me - I can't recall that I've ever opened an account somewhere, without receiving an immediate email.

- I was on their website, couldn't find "my account" or similar page. (I wanted to check whether I misspelled my email address)

Any advices?

Hi Prolaznik,

The best thing to do is email your problems directly to Sunpoker via email: support (at) sunpoker.com or via live chat or phone.

They will be able to help you with your issue.

I believe this has something to do with the software and this might be a Cryptologic issue.

Kind Regards,

Mark

I'll certainly do it, but I instinctively first asked here. The point is that support employees (of most websites) are too cautious when they are answering questions, so their answers are seldom direct enough. I very often have to write several times before I get whole and sufficiently precise answer. So I just hoped to speed things up by posting here.
Thank you anyway, I am going to write them now

Yes, I deal more directly with marketing and general questions regarding Sunpoker. For detailed sign-up questions and tech support, feel free to contact them directly. I have to say that they are very fast and helpful. Try their live chat feature on their support page.

Best Regards,

Mark
