The truth is Yes I am being a fool for responding to the suggestions from customer service.

After reviewing the responses from other players I hooked up my vista machine lo and behold no more disconnections.

I possess a first grade technical expertise….elementary school talents. I suggested in my responses to AP that the variables were XP, IE8, and the AP software. I guess there is no reason for anyone to consider deviation from the database approach to customer service. I could see watching the games I was playing that other players were having the same problems.

Why did nobody ever respond……..yes we have some issues and we are working to solve these issues.

Miracles of miracles…..AP puts out an update yesterday and the disconnection issues seem to be resolved..

I guess they teleported a fix for my router, more ram for my machine, a new motherboard for my computer, a new isp, along with a new modem and I never noticed. Now that’s what I call customer service.
