Post subject: Problem with echecks on FTP

I've started an account on FTP and I tried to deposit with e-checks but when I try I get a message that says:

We’re sorry, unfortunately we cannot process your Instant eChecks transaction at this time. As an alternative we recommend that you try Visa
|
Is this common, or do you think the site is just down?
I made deposits on PStars using e-check with no problems.
It seems like they are really pushing the Visa thing. That's the first option that comes up when you try to deposit.

I emailed their support and got the following responce

Kind of vague. Does temporarily mean for a few hours or does it mean for a few months?
Their site still says eChecks is on option.

If they do, they aren't talking.
I got this response back when I asked how long it will be

Still hard to say if the problem is technical one legal.
Kind of sucks, I just signed up for rakeback and was about to make my first deposit.
