I was wondering how i make a private tourney on stars with like 5k in starting chips. I already have the ability to make one just not custom.

if you have more than 2000 fpps..(total) then send an email and they will give you the ability

Custom structures are not possible unless they set it up for you, email support but im pretty sure they aren't going to do it unless you are going to run a very big tournament.
