My network connection to pokerstars has been totally awful for the past few weeks. Anyone else having that kind of trouble?

Send support an email. They are the best in the business and should be able to help you figure out if its not their fault how to improve your connection.

2. get off the dial-up
3. get a new computer
4. reinstall the software

I haven't had dial-up since 1999. Porn was the worst on dial-up. I never got past the neck.
