Made a local bank transfer to Pokerstars bank account on the 14th of December. STILL NOT LOADED and my bank is the same as that of pokerstars i.e the money was already in their account on the 14th

Their support is USELESS and give me the runaround. I am so disgusted!! Their service is poor in my opinion

Thanks for the warning. Although, your comment will probably be disregarded by most people here seeing how your first post was a vent post complaining about an online poker site that is widely considered to have some of the best customer support in their industry.
