Don't know why I play on this site, the software is so cr@p and slows my machine down. Anyway, the update today has changed the format of the stored hand histories, and Pokertracker will no longer import hands. Thought I'd give you all a heads up. Pokertracker Pat is working on a patch apparently:

I'm going back to stars while they fix it.

Fixed already. There's a beta patch on the PT website.

Josh also released a new beta for PAHUD that works after the upgrade.
Anyways, it seems quite a few people are having problems with timeouts/lag after the upgrade. Hollywood Poker support says to turn off statistics until the problem has been fixed, and this obviously stops PT from working.
I for one am staying off the network for a week or so, hopefully they'll fix these issues by then. Good thing the new party reload is out so I have something to whore in the meantime.

Yeah, i had the same problem. I canceled my cashout, dumped a buyin, then found that my hard drive was grinding away writing the stats after every hand. I kept getting timeouts too, even with just 2 or 3 tables.
Anyway, I'm getting out of there for a couple of weeks. Luckily, it's Party reload time.

Wow this is honestly the worst PR upgrade I have seen to date.

Yeah. The stats and session viewer worked fine before, they have just made them worse for no reason. There doesn't seem to be a way to clear the stats either - they've taken that out!? When I was on there the chat was full of people spamming support about it.
Compare and contrast with Stars - the software is so much better and the updates have never caused me any probs. I'd never play at pokerroom if it wasn't for all the fishies and the reloads.
