Anyone have any experience playing at pokerpages.com? A couple people at work have done pretty well there. Is anyone working on getting a FTR link?

I've been playing on Bugsy for a while and I have some very mixed feelings about their site.
I like the interface. I really like their tourny structure. I like the WSOP events. You can play 5 or 10 SNGs or you can play in the Bugsy events also 5 bucks but with 30 to 100 people there are some pretty payouts to chase. I like the fact that you can play the bonus point tournys and you turn those points into cash. 1000 FFPs = 10 bucks.
But I have had a bad time with the network problems there. And I know it isn't my comp because I have been playing tourny there and pokerstars at the sametime and one is fine and the other is locking and all the players at the table at bugsy are typing "what the hell is going on"
And their tech support is all email based and treat you like your a play money customer. They told me not to run any other programs on my computer while I am playing, my browser could screw up their software!
And it also seems like you always play the same people and have to wait forever to get 10 seat SNG
I just quakified for my bonus so I am going to play for a while still. I am thinking about trying Empire (when I started I was at party and may bounce back and forth according to the instruction here at FTR but right now there is no money in that account ) and I am going to keep trying Poker Stars but I was getting my ass kicked at the tournys at Poker Stars for a while but I think I have made some adjustments.
Do you like Bugsy's? Have you played anywhere else? I interested to know what you think about them.

Bugsy was the first poker room I ever tried, so when I moved onto PartyPoker (and more recently Full Tilt Poker), they were fun but it really didn't feel right because the layouts were adversly different to what I am used to, BugsysClub.
As for the network problems at BugsysClub, I have to agree with you. For me it is pot luck whether I even get logged in first time or not! You can always tell when the network is bad, just look at the latest PokerPages tournament and if there are only around 20 people signed up for it and it is about to start, you know something has gone a bit wrong. It is, I must say, very poor, but I have learnt to put up with it. And there is nothing you can do about it by sending them an email, they just don't care about it.
But overall, since BugsysClub was the first online poker room I tried, I am very used to the layout and I tend to perform better there, I prefer it.

OK
I am absolutely done with this site I cashed out and belive it or not it is not because I suck at poker or because of bad beats but becuase it took me three days to get a phone number (which I have yet been unable to get a hold of a real person) but routinely in tournys of 100 or more members their servers crash and it is chaos after that.
90% of the guys on this site could probably make a ton of money with the fish here but the logistics of the place is so freaking horrible that I recommend people play elsewhere
They really really suck
I am so so pissed I can maybe write a more rational review after I dont feel like this but stay away from this place; overall I have to say that they are the worst site out there.
