She is probably referring to the initial deposit bonus which gives you 30 days. The NEWDEAL re-load bonus is 7 days.

Is it just me or is party and skins counting raked hands played differently now for clearing bonuses?
i.e. I've played 230 hands now but only have credit for 120 for the pokernow bonus.

I read through the TOS, and yeah you can't have accounts at other partyskins. It also says:
7. Anti-Cheating Software.
We are committed to detecting and preventing software programs which are designed to enable any artificial intelligence ("AI Software") to play on our site such as, but not limited to, odds-calculators, hand-strength calculators, opponent-profiling or anything else that enables you to have an unfair advantage using such software.
I'm running Pokertracker & Playerview, and that has got to fall under "opponent-profiling" if anything does.

Honestly I wouldn't worry about it. If you have your accounts setup then you are set. If they wanted to ding people over this they could write a very simple piece of software to detect people with accounts on different skins.

make pokernow account off "clean" computer w/o any previous PP-skin installation..usually at library or cybercafe.
login at home and play..when they say "call us blah blah" call and they'll just ask if you have account at other skins, you respond "yes" and they'll say "thanks, have a nice day" and activate your account.

Yeah, I know, but if their terms of service say that you can't have accounts at other party skins, the latter half of your story is more likely to go

if you don't already have an account there, would it be best to sign up and get the 20% to 100, then reload immediately after finishing? Or can you stack both of those? My bankroll is getting fat and I could handle that...
I tried using newdeal as my first deposit and it said i could only put in a maximum of 500 ... weird

twosevoff, are you playing 25NL? You need to see a flop and have the pot at $3 for it to count (i think). At 25NL a lot of hands don't meet these criteria

Play the 50NL, i moved up recently and the players are easier to beat than at 25, though they are tighter preflop it is really easy to know when you're beat and if you get an overpair they will call down with TPTK all day, i made 300 bucks yesterday (100 from bonuses) and almost every hand will count towards your bonus. Of course you need to be bankrolled for 50 first, but don't fear the next level up, it's goood.

It may happen eventually -- just like Party reigning in their affiliates recently, using the long-ignored terms in their affiliate agreements. It suits Party (and all the skins) to compete for our business... for now. That's why we need to make hay while the sun shines, play nice with the signup bonuses, and move on to another site when the arrangements becomes too one-sided.
Doesn't Party control PokerNow completely now? I bet that would be the first site where they choose enforce the one-skin rule. If ever.

OK. We've got three different things here being said.
1) You've got 1 week
2) You've got until March 8th at 12:00, no matter when you deposit
3) You've got a month.
When I e-mailed customer support, they said that I had a month.
SOmebody else on here said that he had a week.
Boondock says that everyone only has until the 8th. WTF?

After reading the 2+2 thread on this it appears that originally everyone was given until the 8th to clear regardless of when you made your deposit. It appears that anyone who e-mailed support was told they had a month to clear. Now it appears thjat the mixup may have been corrected since some of you are seeing a month to clear on your bonus page.
Mine only had to the 8th to clear, but since I deposited 2 days ago that was plenty of time for me to clear it.
Is it me or does it seem that any time Party/Skins have a bonus there is always some sort of fuck up? You'd think they would have this down by now.
