I was dealt A-A and raise from 6,000 blinds too 22,000 and called by the chip leader. The flop came 6d - AD - 3c. I go all-in with my set of aces and get called. Caller has pocket 10's, TURN AND RIVER COME DIAMOND - DIAMOND, giving him a 4 card flush. One of two ways for him to win this hand, The other would have had to come runner runner 10 (funny thing, I didn't have an Ace of diamonds).
This happens too me so often that I can not just look at it as a bad beat any longer.

The guy called a failry good raise, although not high enough in my opinion. So you have to put him on a solid hand. The flop shows a flush possiblity...if your intention was to win the pot right there so not to lose to a flush, you should have put in a continuation / value bet...if he called it, than check on the turn...I think you you could have been a bit more patient given the flop...
