So I was playing at Hollywood Poker tonight, where the "celebrities" play. Vince Van Patten logged on and played for a half hour at his own $.25NL table. Anyone could sit down and play with him, so I did. He was a pretty cool guy. He chatted it up some. I was up on him for awhile till his A2 hit 345 on the flop and I was betting into him with over cards. I eventually got it back when he tried to bluff me out of my trip aces. Board had QJ8TA (in that order). I was betting my pocket aces strong, he kept calling. When I checked the river. Yeah I tripped up, but figured he prob had a King for the straight. He bet the river strong and I closed my eyes, crossed my fingers, and clicked "call". Whoo hoo I won a $20 pot. In the end I finished up down $10 as I got a bad beat against another guy on the last hand. But Vince was cool, I guess he plays a few times a week. There were only 5 of us at the table, but it was a good time.
