Has anyone had any recent problems cashing out from Poker Room? I played at holdempoker.com (part of the Poker Room network) until the online poker legislation was announced (sometime around Sept./Oct. 2006). Soon after, holdempoker.com and Poker Room announced that they would do no more US business. At that time (mid-October), I cashed out my remaining money (a whopping $100) by requesting a check mailed to my house. The website says to expect it in 7-20 business days. I cashed out from the site once before that, and received my check promptly. However, months went by and I didn't receive anything. In December I e-mailed them and got a few replies saying to continue to wait. Then I managed to find a phone number on the website and called it. The lady said that somehow it never got sent out, so she deposited the funds back in my account and told me to request the check again. I did so (this was about 10 weeks ago) but still haven't received anything. Furthermore, I can't find their phone number anywhere on the site. So far, losing $100 everytime I cash out has proven to be the biggest leak in my game...

Has anyone experienced similar problems with Poker Room? Does anyone have a support phone number for them? I've searched the forums here but haven't found anything.

(In October, the holdempoker.com site went down and all my inquiries have gone through Poker Room. )

I am not American but it took my about 3 days to cash out which was about the upper limit of acceptable time frame for me.
