If the issues below hit home or if you'd just like to help me out, please contact customer support.

I have included some verbiage to use in an email to save you some time if you like. If you choose to contact UB, maybe just reply in this post that you did. It'd be interesting to see how many people do and whether or not we make a difference. Thanks all!

1) Hand History: When a player goes bust in cash games, the hand is not displayed until the following hand completes. If you try to request it you get "Requested hand not available". This is really a pain for trying to collect your hand histories and keeping an accurate account of your play.

2) Ultimate Buddy:
The buddy list displays every single person you've added to the list whether they are online or not. It would be nice if only people online were displayed like AOL Instant Messenger so the list wasn't a mile long that you had to scroll down.

3) Sign-in Promotions Pop-up
After a couple second delay a promotion window pops up right over your sign in screen. Just annoying. You have to close it and go back to entering your password.

4) Chat
I think it would be nice if you could actually copy and paste from the chat window.

Here's the basic info for any of the topics you feel like telling UB about. Use/change what you wish. I have found that using the link to customer support email page works fine, but trying to send them an email through my regular email program does not.

Hand history verbiage:
There is a problem with the hand histories displaying correctly on hands in which one or more players lose their entire stack of chips. If you try to request that hand manually or through a hand history grabber you receive the message "Requested hand is unavailable". There is no way to get this hand until the following hand completes. For those of us who collect hand histories so that we may keep track of our play, this is very annoying and makes it a difficult task to ensure that all the hands you played in are recorded. You either have to delete your hand history files and start the collection process over or manually save that hand to a separate file. When playing more than one table at a time this is even more tedious. If you could address this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

Ultimate Buddy Verbiage:
I just wanted to request an additional feature be added to the next update of Ultimate Buddy. It would be very nice if there was a way to only display the names of buddies that were online instead of your entire list. Then have a menu for adding/removing buddies and that's where you would see all of them. Or some kind of toggle to change the view.

Sign-up Promotion Pop-up Verbiage:
I want to suggest that something be changed about the promotions pop-up that appears everytime I try to log on to Ultimate Bet. It covers up the sign-up screen. It's just annoying and makes me want to read about the promotions even less. I imagine it could be moved or maybe just incorporated with the sign-up screen to be side by side in two frames or top/bottom.

Chat Verbiage:
I wanted to suggest that it be made possible to copy/paste text from the chat logs in the poker rooms. On occasion I want to share a snippet with someone else or quote someone.
