I have a UB account but have never deposited money into it. Anybody know if they would close it for me so I can sign up using rakeback. I like the interface, but won't play there without rakeback since their bonus clearing req.'s blow.

Has anyone ever tried this specifically at UB? or know how good their customer support team is?
