Has anyone done a rough % calculation of what kind of "rakeback" you can get by being a platinum star on Poker Stars? You get 150% FPP's, meaning earn 50 FPP and you actually get 125 FPP.

There's also the $685 cash VIP FPP store item which is 50,000 FPP.

Now that I am at 100NL I think I'm doing about 16-20,000 FPP a month.

Stars says for NL:
-----------------------
First Frequent Player Point (FPP) is awarded for playing a hand in which the rake reaches:
* $0.40 for NL/PL poker games with blinds $1/$2 and lower

Second FPP is awarded for playing a hand in which the rake reaches:

* $2.00 for all 6-max tables (this doesn't apply for games being played 6- handed at 10/9/8 player tables - just 6-max tables)
* $3.00 for all other tables

Third FPP is awarded for playing a hand in which the rake reaches $5.00.
------------------------

But I really don't know how this translates to a normal 100NL game. Anyone able to do a rough math calc? How are FPPs determined in regards to "playing a hand" -- I mean just because you are the table and folded PF I'm guessing you don't get the third FPP in huge pots, right? Or do you?

I know this probably pales compared to rakeback at full tilt, but I am just curious.

Also, I should be getting Supernova eventually -- 250% FPP bonus will be nice w/ the $1500 cashback for 100K points.

it says supernova is 1/10 of 1% of Pokerstars players, that seems surprising considering i will project to make just by 5 tabling 100NL.

I guess I will be able to figure it out myself once my rake is calculated when I have 50K points, but not quite since I just got the Platinum star not too long ago... I'm guessing its only like 5% rakeback lol

20% for what? I know Full Tilt has 23%, what were you referring to, the stars supernova, or?

I don't really know what to search for, unless you meant FT, which I'm already familiar with.

Thanks

FTP has 27% rakeback. Do a search on here or 2p2 and im sure there is a thread about the equivalent of FPP's to rakeback.
