Has anybody had a look ( or actually played ) on the PKR poker site. I hadn't heard of it but sharkscope has a little thing at the bottom of the search screen so I clicked it and looked at it.
I'm afraid after playing on sportsbook that the 3D graphics might cause a sensory overload for me, but looked pretty cool.

They're non-US so I can only play at the play money tables, but it is a lot of fun. If they were pro US I'd probably keep like 500-1000 on there just to play 1-2 tables when I was bored. I know they added some new features to make mutli-tabling easier, but I found it hard to play over 2-3 tables at once. It does require a decent computer though and a broadband/dsl connection, but is a nice break from the usual 10 table boring 2d grind of poker on the internetzzz.

I like it alot it's more entertaining because of the emotions and gear you can buy for your characters - but I guess for good poker players that might just add another level of distraction.
I like it though - their free rolls are rubbish though, the software doesn't work so you can never sign up. They have extreme terminator bounty tournaments which look like fun.

i have an account on their, its cool to play, the graphics are great, and super fishy. but i don't play very often because it takes so long for any type of games. you only get about half as many hands in. i play mostly $5 to $10 sngs and they take double the time as any other classic poker site, but again so easy to get itm. same with ring games. also way harder to multitable. and if you do play sngs or mtts you'll be waiting forever to get in a game in the slower hours. even though i made it sound pretty bad check it out it is fun to play if you have time to kill, gives you a bit of a live feel.

It's "fun", but its reliability has plummeted over the last month, at least it has for me. After getting disconnected for the 2nd time today during the bubble (and losing once everyone caught on and blinded me out), I've withdrawn my money. The client has also crashed twice during the last week. Quite buggy.

Super-fishy, super fun, but super slow aswell. Multi tabling is not great either.
