So I have a problem. I cashed out $2700 from Pitbullpoker.com to my epassporte account on February 7th. They guarantee 48 hour cash outs. It's now the 25th and no money. Last monday they said Wednesday because of problems with epassporte. On Wednesday they said Friday because of epassporte. It's now Monday and they say it's delayed till this Friday because of problems with their "master account". I say so much for 48 hour cashouts.
Hmmm, so I ask "So the problem was not with epassporte, but your master account for the last two weeks"? He says "No, it wasn't epassporte, just our master account". I respond "So you guys lied to me then". He says "No, it was epassporte first and now our master account".
I sent two emails. One to withdrawals@pitbullpoker, and one to management@pitbullpoker more than a week ago. I have received no response. Sounds like mismanagement of funds. What are my options?

It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

I assume you have a transaction record/confirmation of some kind so e-mail epassporte to generate an inquiry from them.

Hugh? I have no transaction record, because there hasn't been any transactions to speak of. The entire cashout is winnings. I deposited $45 which I had to deposit for the right to cashout, but I left that in the pitbull account. The $2700 is pure profit.

No. Never got an email. As far as I can see, they haven't even reviewed my cashout to that extent. It still has a status of "requested" on the poker site itself.

I haven't heard any trip reports of shadiness from Pitbull.
If your balance at ePassporte goes over 5k, it may trigger some additional hassles for you, but even that shouldn't prevent pokersite>>epassport transactions that I've heard of.
Please keep us posted.

Wow, I am scared too now.
It has been a week for my, and they are doing nothing to process my $1,500 cash out.
They were very helpful when I was putting money into my account, they called me, etc. But when I get it out, they ignore my emails, live chat won't help, phone call is a joke.
I won't be surprised if my account is banned soon.

Yeah, I need to know too.
They gave me the same excuse, blaming epassporte.

After 3 weeks I got 2K of my 2,700. They are very inconsistent with cashouts, as it seems they are barely profitable or something. It seems you get your money eventually, but you just never know when or if they'll give you all of it at that time.
IMO they have the best intentions, but they are a startup trying to pay bills and pay cashouts at the same time.
