Well I admit I was impressed to see such high stakes grace PartyPoker, but it appears they're giving the player a bad deal. Upon looking at their rake structure, I noticed it was 1% capped at 5$ (for both 50/100 and 100/200). On UltimateBet, the rake is either 1% capped at 3$ (for 50/100) or .5% capped at 3$(for 100/200). Defintely considerably cheaper. And its not like Party's players are easier than UltimateBets at this level lol

I think this matters where the edge at this super high stakes games is often razor-thin (there being so many other good players). Paying 5$ per pot is not that good of a deal. Plus they are currently capped at 2 tables total, so it takes a couple of hours to get on a table.

Hope PartyPoker gets their act together on this one..
BR now: $106900
Playing now: $10/10/20 - $20/40 NL live, $10/20 NL full ring online, $10/20 NL 6-max online, $20/40 FL 6-max online, $100/200 FL live

If party's gonna make the rake higher, the least they can do is open more tables. More tables == more rake. PokerStars keeps it at a $3 max/hand, but I think it is a 1% rake opposed to the standard 5% also
