Dear #####,

Thank you for contacting us.

You do not need to request for Hand History requests via email any more. Thatýs right!! You can now get your Hand History Logs by going to the Hand History folder available on your computer and open them with any Text Editor like Note Pad, MS Word etc.

The Hand History Folder is available in the Party Poker Client Installation Folder. The Party Poker Installation Folder is the folder in which you have installed the Party Poker software. In all probability your Party Poker Client Installation Folder would be at: C:\Program Files\PartyPoker. Hence the Hand History Folder would be at C:\Program Files\PartyPoker\HandHistory

You also have an option to change the number of days or the size of the Hand History folder after which the oldest Hand History logs would be deleted. By default we have set this as 10 MB or 30 days whichever is earlier. You can do this using the menu option Hand History Logs Configuration.

Check your logs and improve your play.

Looks like they have an e-mail flag set to scan for keywords like "hand history" and "e-mail" and then just generated their automatic response e-mail.

At least this is what I would like ot believe. Because if this was actually looked at by a real person and they sent that e-mail I would be pissed and disappointed.

They used to have live chat back in the day and still have the button for it but the few times I checked it in the last few months it says unavailable and makes up all this bullshit. Im sure they will probably never activate again since they would actually need a person to help you and they seem to be against that. Fuggin retards.

i had the same thing happen recently. I shot an email back saying something to the effect that I was disgusted that I took the time to write an email that they didn't feel was important enough to accurately answer, blah blah blah, I would appreciate a response that actually answers my question or I will take my business to a site that appreciates their customers.

A few hours later, a response that answered my question, an apology, and $20 added to my account for any inconvience they may have caused.

i emailed them again. and they said their system doesn't allow them to send more than 100 hand histories at a time.

man what a load of crap.

i had a really good session last night...now it might not get into pokertracker

That is bullshit cause if you had written a hand # down 200 hands ago and emailed em some shit about 5 aces being on the board or someone cheating or some shit like that Im sure they could pull it up and it send it to you proving you wrong. Im sure you already know they were lying though.
