I think I just did something stupid... I got the Party reload bonus offer, 20% up to $100, 10X raked hands. I only had $150 in my Neteller account so I withdrew $350 from Party into my Neteller account thinking I'd re-deposit $500 this weekend and get to work on the bonus. Now I'm reading that you have to wait two weeks after a withdrawal before depositing for a bonus? Is this true? If so, any way I can get around this?

That only counts sometimes. There are always reports of people withdrawing and redepositing and getting the bonus on some reloads and not others. I did read that someone on bonus whores withdrew the day before this bonus and redeposited the day of the bonus and he got it so you might luck out. You can always call em on the phone and whine and they will usually give it to you anyway.
