Alright, here goes. I deposited some money into Party Poker via IGM-Pay but one of the e-checks bounced because of some timing issue with transferring some money into my checking account. After losing the money playing poker, I log out and later I find out that my account is blocked. So I thought fine, I don't care... I'll leave my account blocked. I don't ever plan on playing at Party ever again anyways since I constantly have to contact them to get my account unblocked. So Party poker contacts me about the bounced check and I tell them ok, no problem ..give me a week to transfer some money into Neteller and I'll pay my balance. A week goes by and I have the money in Neteller so I call them to get my account unblocked so I can pay my dues. I reach the Resolutions department and I tell them "hey, I have the money, I want to pay what I owe so unblock my account". Well, the Resolutions department doesn't have the authority to unblock accounts so I get transferred to the Investigations Department and they tell me I can't get unblock my account until other members of my family who also have accounts at Party send in certain documents (which they don't plan on doing). I tell the Party representative that their accounts have nothing to do with me and I just want to pay my dues. Please just unblock it for 5 min so I can pay you guys. The guy tells me that there is no way for him to unblock my account until they receive documents from the rest of my family. So I tell the guy "I don't know what to say. What do you want me to do?". Then he tells me to send the money via Western Union which is a method of payment that I DO NOT TRUST. I'll only make the payment via Neteller,ePassporte, or Firepay. The guy then proceeds to transfer me back to Resolutions Department at which point I just hung up because I already know that that department can't do anything to unblock my account.

I'm in the US, Does anyone know if Party will send the payment to collections since the US doesn't really allow online poker? Can they legally come after me in any way or hurt my credit? Frikkin ay, they won't even let me pay them.

I would email them, lay it out in plain english that you just want to give them their money. They should allow you to do a Neteller transfer from Neteller to them without having to log into your PP account.

E-mail is a no go. Each email response from them is the same. Basically, their emails tell me to call in to settle the problem. Calling doesn't solve the problem. Also, they can't do Neteller over email or the phone ( at least from what they're telling me). At this point, I'm just saving all of their emails and making screen shots showing that my account is indeed blocked in order to protect myself from any legal issues. I'm also thinking about recording my phone conversations with Party Poker.
