I have two questions. Your help is appreciated.
1. My school uses a filtering thing that blocks poker websites. It does not, however, block me from using clients I have already d/led. Now, however, PP attempts to connect to the website to download an upgrade. It cannot connect to the site because it is blocked. Does anyone know of a way to skip the automatic upgrade when opening PP. Alternatively, does anyone know of an alternate method of downloading the latest version?
2. In a related issue, I have found that I have no problems with a PP skin called Poker Now. I know that PP does not allow a user to have more than one real money account. Without access to PP, is there anyway to close my PP account and open a new one in Poker Now? Party Poker support isn't being very helpful in this.

I, as well as many other FTRers have an account on all three Party Skins, just download and sign up for each site on different computers and you should be fine.
Sorry to hear about your school blocking Poker, that sucks.

I read in another thread of a way to edit the registry in such a way as to make this not a problem. If I have already signed up for an account on Poker Now, and subsequently remove this registry thing, will that do the trick?
When will I know if its not gonna let me do it? I don't want to get an email in a couple days saying they're closing my account.
And also, can I use the same information (email, address) for both accounts?
