With the addition of all the high stakes NL tables on Party Poker no other site can come close to matching the benefits of playing at PP. Think about it
1) The most Players
-the most fish
2) The biggest variety of Games
3) The most and biggest bonuses
4) Rake Back
Party Poker has made a move to squash the competition including Poker Stars by adding all the new NL tables and adding 3 more 30/60 tables. I think that in the next couple of years you will see PP take control of a even bigger chunk of the market share.

Could offer other games. Draw poker and such.
Their tourny structure could use a little improvement.

I really like their MTT tourney structure their SNG's all need to start with at least 1k chips tho.

Come out of the stone age and get a 1600x1200 monitor. :P
4 tables no overlap. I'm still a caveman personally, but I don't think miniview is all that.

Party still has plenty of room for improvement
1. SnG structure is still to fast. They need to get off the mindset of "we got the vig, now hurry and finish this game, and start another one to pay more vig or play ring games so we can earn more rake"
2. Their customer service still blows, its worse than most Ebay sellers
3. A broader range of game selection, perhaps mixed games. Same thing goes for tourneys. And Empire needs to start having stud tourneys (party does, why not empire?) I get tired of only playing the big 3 games
4. The interface could use some work. I like the NL interface on stars, you just type and hit enter. On party you have to click in the box to type your bet and then click enter. It takes longer, and makes it harder to multi-table.
I'm sure I will think of more later

While there are millions of fishies at Party, it is near impossible to find the ones you have noted, or have the chance to be sitting next to the ones you know are the morons.
Sometimes playing at smaller sites offers you the ability to routinely play with the same players. If you are diligent in your note taking this can be a huge advantage that is nearly impossible to implement at Party.

Probably the thing that aggravates me most about Party is the Waiting List. You get on the Waiting List only to be told there is an available seat. You go to the table and lo and behold the available seat is reserved.
I hate that.
They need to fix that waiting list so that it doesn't take you to a seat at a table unless it is truly "open".

Ha! I just actually ordered a new laptop a couple days ago capable of 1600 x 1200 resolution so I am taking the step out of the stone age!
I can't wait to see the difference!

rumor is that party's parent company, PartyGaming, will be going IPO this year... ooh baby, better liquidate some assets to get ready for that one. i might even break my rule against spending my bankroll!!! $$$$
PartyGaming, which owns PartyPoker.com, is considering a public offering expected to value the company at 3 billion to 5 billion pounds ($5.7 billion to $9.6 billion) in what would be London's largest listing since 2001. (Source: Reuters)
