Party Poker keeps freezing up (been frozen for 5 minutes now at least), what usually happens in these cases?

Update: I've had 2 of my 3 SnG's just die on me (players and cards disappeared, showing an empty table). I emailed support, they better refund me this.

party seems to have had a bit of a problem - the hold em tables are massively queued up (as in 100+ people waiting on most tables - thru limit and NL / PL) not sure what's happened tho.

Clearly the rake's not high enough for them to keep a good number of tables open and stable :P
