Me and my brother have all together 4 accounts @ party poker registered to our household but each account is registered under a different person.. I was wondering if there would be an issue cashing out in any of the accounts... also they have called and asked us who this and this was including friends who have played on here before but we confirmed who the accounts belong to.. anyone know if it matters by household or just by person name keep in mind each account has different e-mails also

5. True Identity and One Account.

one last question by doing this is there a possibility they could file a lawsuit if they did find out? any opinions??
i would have to go with no because the thing is how could they honestly say that they are 100% sure that i did not lose the money playing badly or trying to bluff.. but just wanted to here what you guys thought

You asked for advice and got two pretty quick responses with the same advice. Here's a 3rd response, though I'd wager you won't follow it.
Don't chip dump. The cost of screwing up a valuable Party account (or 4 accounts) is too high.
Or just do what you like.
