Post subject: Party Poker bonus release

It's taken me a while to get up to this, but I finally have plenty of BR for it so I deposited $500 at Party Poker a few days ago, got the $100 bonus, watched my 'pending release requirements' # of hands go down...and then the bonus disappear off my screen. I can do a search for past bonuses and see that it is in the 'released' state...but...
the money has not been added to my account!
Am I too impatient? I cleared it about 12:30 AM last night and expected it to pretty much be released immediately...but evidently that is not the case.
I'm sure that many of you have gone through Party's bonus clearing before, so if you could pass along any encouragement as to why it has not actually been added to my account, that would be much appreciated.

It SHOULD be immediate, unless it expired. How long did it take you to complete the hands?
I would email support. Everyones been complaining about Party support lately, but I have contacted them several times and got satisfactory responses within a couple hours each time.

Thanks Renton. I kinda figured it should be instant.
I think I put in the money on Sat. night, played about 50 hands, played another 50 or so Sunday night, then about 5 hours yesterday, and another hour or so last night - so I'd guess 8 hours all in all.
I will email their support - thanks for the advice.

Alright...I emailed support and magically the bonus appeared in my account not long after.
Can't complain about a free $100 though

Sure you can. It's not like they're doing you a favor. You'll pay over $100 in rake before you know it. You probably already have.

Thats not really true. The party bonuses pay WAY more than contributed rake. Granted, you will contribute that much rake eventually.
