The way I read this, the bonus can be activated any time within the next 7 days but no matter when you deposit, you still have to have played 10x raked hands by 23.59 on 20th April.

kingnat is an unknown quantity at this point
I'm tapping it... I got 15% up to $100.

Do they actually run different bonuses from person to person?
So you click their picture and then you get their money?

Got an email for a 30% reload bonus up to $100 and then logged in and they gave me $30 extra no deposit needed. I made a deposit of $500 and wasnt credited with the 30% bonus, emailed them and they said it was meant for play money players with a first real money deposit and that it was sent to my play money account or something. Didnt really make much sesnse, but anyways, I sent them the email and how it didnt say that at all, so they thengave me the $100 bonus with only 500 raked hands needed to clear, haha Ill take that any day.

Having the same problem at the moment, can't get on either. Only got 15% up to $75 but it's better than nothing I guess.

This is my first post on this great site, been lurking for a while. There is a whole lot of knowledge on here, my productivity at work has nosedived since discovering FTR!

I got the 15% up to $75 (seems like thats all I ever get). But it says I have till April 20th to deposit, then 7 days from the time it is awarded to play 10x raked hands.

To me that sounds more like 7 days to finish after making the deposit.

Um why in the world would u close ur account. The only reason i can think of is rakeback in which u just reopen it and get the intial and this reload both.

I'm a bit new (read: very new) to the Poker world. Just about a month in. My question regarding the bonus is thus:
My bank roll is $100 playing $5nl, underrolled but there are no cheaper stakes. If I deposit the $500, can I just play my required hands, hit the $75 bonus, then pull out my inital 500 without drawbacks? Is this frowned upon?

I do that all the time at Party. I deposite my $500 then clear the bonus and then withdraw everything, and wait for the next bonus go around. Hasnt hurt me yet. You do have to wait 14-15 days from withdrawal before you can deposit for another bonus, but thats never been a problem. Ive never lost out on a bonus because of the wait period.

What would a good estimate be for the amount of time needed to play in order to hit 750 raked hands (VP$IP about 20%, W%SF about 26%)? I usually play a couple hours a night after work. Could I even hit the bonus if I went for the max?

Do you multi table? If so it shouldnt be too hard. I think when I did the last Empire bonus for $200, I four tabled 25NL and it took me right at 12 hours to complete 1400 raked hands. So just say 100 rh's an hour 4 tabling 25NL should take around 7 hours, maybe less at Party. Empire was a little rockish.

Someone correct me if Im wrong though, thats just how long it took me and I did Empire in a day and a half because I'm home most of the day.

I 3 table $5NL. Some overlap on a 17" screen so no way I could do more. I probably shouldn't even be doing 3 with as new to the game as I am.

Empire and Party share tables again.
They didnt on the last bonus I did at Empire though. They started sharing again right after that bonus. So I would think the Party bonus would go a little faster.

That actually might be harder than it seems, he said he plays at the $5NL tables. At $25NL a good majority of the hands are raked, but I believe the pot needs to reach $1 at party and skins to be considered rake. Since that is 20x BB, that might be a lot slower at $5NL. But if you're gonna deposit $500 for the max bonus, I'd play $25NL with that (given you're comfortable at those limits of course)

For 10-handed ring games it's a $2.00 pot. The rake has to come up to $0.01 per person, or $0.10, for you to have credit for a raked hand.
