just got an email from my PartyPoker rakeback affiliate:

Party having a meeting today to discuss a new rewards system to replace Rakebacks, details unclear but

1. Party aware they need to target existing/current account holders, and

2. They don't want every new/casual player to get the new rewards.

3. It is likely that current rakeback accts/deals will be moved into this new system.

I wonder if Party will try to cut out the middle-man (the affiliate) entirely(?): it would make things easier for us players.

Yeah, Party is going to make it easier for a player to get money from them...

They'd make more money if they could keep the rake % that now goes to the affiliate.
