Party Poker is offering me an additional 15% bonus with my next deposit. Does anyone know if I could take out my bankroll from Party and then redeposit it and collect the bonus?

Unless they've changed something, yes you can. I've done it before.
The only catch is that you have to wait for the transaction to complete (show up in Neteller or wherever you're withdrawing to) before you can deposit again.
