I never use it, but this player claimed he did and instead put out a 10X pot bet...

Um, theres no way he could have used the bet pot pre button because he was first to act.

How come lets say if there is one limper pf and I click bet pot it rases to $9? This is 200NL btw.

Bet pot means you are calling the current bet (2) and raising the size of the pot after your call (7)

Example:

On the flop, if the pot is 20 dollars and he bets 5, a pot size raise would be to 35.
