So iv not been at this all that long and just joined pacific to get a decent bonus to start me off. Jesus you don’t get much time to think, how the hell am I supposed to work out pot odds and outs in that amount of time? By the time I have decided to call my hand is automatically folded!
Sorry, random rant.

I got like $10 free from Pacific a while back, got it to about 40 and made a deposit for a bonus, withdrew my money back out, and quickly found out that the bonus would take forever to clear due to the game play i was getting. I cleared a little less then 1/3 the wagering requirements after a little while and was actually able to cash out. Id recommend getting out of there asap and hitting up some different sites.

you may be suffering from a slow connection or a slow PC. i had this problem at another site when using dialup on a slow PC. it kept folding me or timing me out. then i tried the same site from a T1 connection on a fast PC. it was 10x faster and i had plenty of time to act.
never played at pacific so i don't know how their timing compares to other sites. if you are used to party, which is incredibly slow, you may find other sites very fast. for example ultimatebet is very fast. but you get used to the pace after a while. it's good for you to train yourself to think faster, so you can spend less time calculating your odds and more time reading your opponents.

Pacific is so bad.
But so are the players.
It's really sad such horrible players are wasted on such a horrible site.
