I am posting this because I wish someone had told me or left a post like this before I made this mistake.
Ok, I wil preface this by saying if you can handle it the site is as fishy as any on the web. It's easy money.
This site is the worst of the 5 I have made deposits on so far. First and foremost, the sign up bonus. It's given right away so you can use it but there is no way to monitor how it's clearing or if it's cleared at all. The site is slow as shit. One table is ok after that it gets dicey. In the ring games you have frequent disconnects and when this happens it folds your hand but it also unclicks your autopost blinds. What happens alot is while on another table your disconnect happens on another table, figure that out, then when it comes time to post it skips you and you end up losing your blinds and of course the button, and you have to repost after the button.
I played a satellite tourney and won one of 5 seats which was actually fairly easy but when it became difficult to be able to play in the tourney I had won I could not trade out for tourney dollars or another ticket to the same tourney at a different time. Not huge, but another detail that is almost easy as pie to provide for a wannabe " big time site". Oh and by the way, They have a problem with many tourneys not giving the breaks that it claims "5 minute recess every 55 minutes" In three tournaments I played in it happened in all three. Support claims " they are working on the problem" and the conversations in the chat window was that it's tipical and they are suprised if they get one.
Third and this is a problem for me as well because it is so unnecassary is that it takes 3 days to start the process of cashing out. NOT to cashout, but to start the process request.
Another problem is the hand histories are practically impossible to access. You cannot look at them from your table. You must go to the lobby, click history, click hold-em, find the session amongst all your previous sessions, find the game number which is back at the table and if you get lucky and do all that and don't screw up their software you still can't see mucked cards anyway. If the software is laggy and then you have to search through numbers of tables and games to find your session then the hand and then the video player (which is totally usless in the middle of playing 3 tables) slows down the useless software even more.
Just to keep picking on the site. PokerTracker only works with another program, Handgrabber, which is another $14 and they don't accept neteller. So now I need a paypal account just to get this program. So now this laggy software has PT, PAHud, Handgrabber and any other software running which would never be too much for my machine but for some reason everything slows to a crawl like when you would buy the newest game in the 90's and your ram or video would never be enough. That's just not acceptable these days.
That said I am up over 150 bucks in 20 hrs, playing only 2 tables of $25NL and a S&G or 2 mixed in. But I have no idea if I cleared the $100 bonus or not. If I could have played half the hands I got cut off or buttons I lost I could be even better but I will not go back. If you need to know anything else abiout this site feel free to ask, I only played $25NL and $2.50 and $5 S&G's so beyond that I have no idea.

PokerOffice works great, no handgrabber required. And you can see how much you've wagered via Comp points (10$ wagered = 1 point).
But I totally agree with you
