Post subject: Pacific Poker playing without download

Has anyone done this. I am trying to play it at school as we speak and it never loads the last screen where you actually play at the table right. It does all the other screens fine with the lobby and everything but keeps having this gray screen with the cards being shown dealt and movin around but everything else gray. I played the reefclub no dowload shit here fine but for some reason i cant get pacific to work.

man thought i had some progress i got the bottom part of the screen to load then it disappeared. DAMNIT i have 1hr 30 min before my next class I dont want to sit here and vegetate.

Ha my hopes & dreams going up just to be crushed again. They have all this crap at school so u cant install a single thing so I didnt even try. Well after 500 reloads on the no download version and still no success I tried to install the download version. Holy shit it worked and completed a full install. I'm like Hell yeah we got some poker in the hizzouse. To my dismay the stupid thing wont establish a secure connection loading the prog like 500 times in a row so it still wont let me play. I dont care if my connection is insecure just let me play(i could just change the password when I got home). I dont know what in the hell is wrong with pacific from school but  goodbye

sounds like the school's firewall is blocking the port. i get the same issue at my office. if this is a school machine, that makes sense. if it's your own pc in your dorm, ur screwed. complain to your network nazis.

Well whats weird is reefclub which uses the exact same shit as pacific cause they are like their casino partner or whatever worked but i had to try it like 5 times before it would. It would load all the java fine until up at the table when cards startin getting dealt then got all messed up. Oh well im home now and all i got left are finals so i wont have any gaps in classes for a month.

I am having the exact sam eproblem from home and it i spissing m eoff. I opened all the ports, reinstalled and all that shit. I cannot get the secure connection. Then the non downloadable version is just gray. Or it shows like one card or a stack of chips...

I've used it before and have had no issues. Did not have to open any ports on the firewall either.
