Anyone going in for this? The buyin is 400+40 but there are plenty of sattelites that have seats up for grabs. I like the tournaments at Pacific and fancy trying this just for the experience.

Don't want to pay the buyin though, so will have to get through via a sattelite.

Just looked him up - he's there all right.

Wonder how the pacific servers will handle 2000+ entrants they normally struggle with less than a thousand. i'm expecting periods of downtime in the middle of this

the satellites into this tourny are great. The other day they were guaranteeing 4 seats, and there was only 175 entrants at $4 a pop.

These Satellites are a steal, and a great way to make it into the mil.

Didn't see those. I tried two $40+4 tournies yesterday (1 out of every 11 entrants got a seat) and I bubbled out on both occasions. OK, back to the SnGs

You must of missed it. Maybe they realized they were losing their asses and changed it. If a certain tournament structure (buy in compared to payout) results in a loss for the poker site, they are usually quick to fix it.

You have to diligently search, and play at odd hours sometimes, but short manned tourny's with large guarantees exist quite a bit, at many sites.

PS. If you didn't know, your not gonna find these gems at sTars, Party, Paradise, uB, etc.....

Hence why I plan at about 20 sites.....
