I would really appreciate the opinions of the people who have completed the River Belle bonus. I know that it is a good bonus, but I have read some worrying stories about the customer support and difficulties getting the bonus released. I have also read about the rake hand counter being off by 24 hours and not being accurate. I have not completed any other Prima bonuses so I don’t have to worry about that.

So, how long does it take to get the bonuses released and how long is the cashing out process. All in all what are everyone’s views on the River Belle Bonus?

 Riverbelle's totally a good bonus.

Those that have been frustrated are the ones who tried to confirm the bonus was pending before they were done with the required hands. Seems Riverbelle can't be bothered with that sort of inquiry. Trust the fact that the bonus is pending and you'll play the required hands. You'll be fine.

When I was done with the 875 RHs, I had to email Riverbelle because they forgot to add the Neteller 25. They repied right away and awarded the extra bonus.

The RH counter is up to the second....you can watch it as you play.

Cashout was slow. Took me I think 5 or 6 days.
