Hi all,
I hope this in the correct forum, can someone tell me of a poker site where I can open my own room? What I want to do is play with friends and family but to do that now we have to keep e-mailing eachother with the room number and then try and find that room and meet up but often it means people can’t find us or they have to wait for a seat to become vacant.

Is there a site out there that allows for people to open their own room and use play money?

Nope. No reason for pokerrooms to help out with playmoney homegames since they cant rake. But if you wanna play real money, you can set up a private table on partypoker.
