I have just moved house and it is going to be six weeks before my broadband happens, should i attempt to use dial up and if so does anybody know of a good stable room as i have only ever used Broadband before?

I played dial up for months and never had a problem on Party and Interpoker and Paradise.
Send lawyers, guns and money - the sh*t has hit the fan!

I have never used dial-up while playign poker but I can't seem to see why it would be bad you might lose you'r econnection ocne and awhile but we all do that.

You'll be fine at any decent site. I only have dial up.

It can be itchy. But no, not deadly.

I think it all depends on your connection. I used dial up once upon time. I lived 45 miles from the nearest town and my connection was like 24kb/s. This was deadly. Internet delays and using up DP's all the time. If you have a reasonable connection speed you should be ok though.

If I lost broadband for a month or longer, I'd go back to dial-up. Either that or I'd become a good customer at the B&M

I don't think i was ever going to wait 6 weeks to play poker!! so i will pack the calamine lotion and play me some poker thanks for the reassurance folks!!
