I deposited $400 on December 30, 2008 for a 25% bonus.
Their affiliate or whatever never removed the money from my bank account.
They say there was nothing wrong with the deposit, and it should have worked.
The money was never removed, I cleared the bonus.
I am about to move my entire roll to Full Tilt and can't because three months of e-mails have yielded ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

What the fuck am I supposed to do?

I deposited $400 via echeck. I haven't tried to withdraw, but am wanting to remove my entire BR and put it on FTP, but Pstars credited my the $400 without removing it from my bank account, so I'm essentially +400. I'm trying to withdraw without doing something illegal, or having to pay them again at some point, but they're making it hard. I have contacted support and essentially gotten the run-around for three months. They don't have and answer and keep telling me to wait 2-3 working days for their processors to figure it out. Boy has it been awhile .

Because for $400 to randomly be removed from my bank account would be very very very bad for me.

Unfortunately this is also not an option for me.

Think I could just withdraw all the money, and leave that "extra" $400 in savings in the event that they do decide to take it out?

Sorry I know I'm a neewbie on this forum, but something is missing from this story. I have deposited on PStars several times and I will admit it the only time that I have ever had a problem is when I unintentionally bounced a check (I made a deposit thinking that they would take they're ususally sweet time in taking it from my account, they attempted the withdrawal the next day my depoit credited the day after) so even though they still got they're money they still restricted my account I just got them to finally lift the restriction. However they 're always pretty good about getting their monies, they only reason I can think that they can not get their loot is probably on your end and you saying that the money is in a savings account and not a checking and that the bank may be restricting them from taking the money. Did customer service attempt to contact you about thee deposit, did you make money and they just deducted the amount from what you made in order to pay them back for the deposit since they didnt get the money. or are those funds still on the restricted side not allowing you to withdraw the funds until they get they're money back.

Yeah and then they sent out some thugs and break your kneecaps lol

You can't close your bank account because if they try to debit from it, the account will automatically reopen and you'll start getting charged overdraft fees. Most banks operate this way nowadays.

I suggest you just leave $400 extra dollars in there, move some other money to FT until the issue is resolved. If 2 years go by and its not taken out, I think it would be safe to say you get to keep the extra dough. You have made the effort to get it resolved and did the honest thing... not much more you can do.

lolno

If you bring your account to 0 dollars and close the account down, the account can spend up to 1 business day in "pending close status" where an attempt to pull money will be successful and subject to bank terms.

After that, if you can prove you shut the account down, the bank is left holding the check with no recourse

If your bank tries to do this to you, take them to court and spank them. So, if he zero's his account, p-stars has 24 hours to get their money if he does it monday thru thursday, and 72 hours to do it if he takes his money out on a friday.

Therefore, on monday, take your money and run. BUT if p-stars bounces a check against your account, they may hold your p-stars account liable. While they have no immediate recourse, going back may be tough.
The older I get, the more I start wondering; Just what in the hell is going on here?
