Noble Poker has got to be the worst internet poker room that I have played on yet. 11 days ago I deposited $50 to take advantage of a simple $10 signup bonus. I played what I understood to be the necessary amount of hands to clear the bonus and attempted to cash out $58.00. The next day I was notified that I did not have enough hands and that I had actually played less than half of the requirement. I'm not a math whiz, but I know I played more than they told me I did. Anyway, I finally talk to customer service online enough to find out exactly when I satisfy the requirement and attempt to cash out again. They fucking reject the withdrawal again saying that I havent met the requirements. So, I explain to them that I was told by customer service that I had the required hands and they finally agreed to let it go. Almost like they were just testing me. They agreed to release it 1 week ago today. Yesterday I get an email saying it's been released to firepay. This morning it is still not showing up in firepay and all firepay has to say is "We did not get it." Noble is saying that it's up to firepay to accept it and it may take 24 hours, which it has been. ALL OF THIS so I can cash out $53.00. A $3 dollar profit!!

To make matters worse their customer service is horrible. If you ask a question and (IF) they actually answer you, you can't dispute anything they tell you. If you do they simply copy and paste the exact same information they just told you. I actually had one of them tell me "I just told you that twice, would you like to hear it a third time?". Unbelievable.

Anyway...going to get coffee Anyone else have problems with this place?

EDIT: As I hit the submit button I got an email from firepay saying that my account should automatically accept any payment sent to it. Now i'm pretty sure Noble's full of shit.

There bonus is a little sneaky...they only count hands that you actually bet on...and you need 125 for $10. Plus only Support can track this and it takes them several minutes to calculate.

Payout took 3 days with NETTELLER.

Is netteller pretty much known to be faster than firepay? It seems to be more popular.

ChezJ is an unknown quantity at this point
your experience with customer support exactly mirrors the experience i have with almost every other poker site's customer support. it's like they are artificial intelligence robots that don't ACTUALLY understand english, just pretend that they do by picking up certain keywords. (in actuality this is not far from the truth as they are mostly foreigners who don't speak english as a first language.) i explain some problem, attach hand histories, then they send some irrelevant response and ask for a hand history. as if to test me! then i resend the original post and explain that they did not answer any of my questions, we go through this 2-3 times, then i either give up or i finally get through to someone who understands what i'm complaining about and either fixes it or blows me off with a lame apology.

at some sites they even have live chat with tech support but again it is like talking to a robot. i explain the same problem 4-5 times within the same conversation but they act like they are hearing it for the first time each time, and interpret it slightly differently each time. it's maddening!! then they finally do a tiny little something and say, there, it's fixed, but i point out that this has nothing to do with what i was complaining about, and we start over again, ad nauseum.

basically, we have no rights with these offshore entities, so it is definitely PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK. that's why i tend to keep most of my roll at neteller and cash out everything but what i really need at the poker sites.
