Well this sucks, i asked empire for a deposit bonus code and they sent me this

Thank you for contacting us.

We are sorry but we do not have any sign up bonus offers running at the site right now. However,
if we do introduce any in future we would keep you informed via e-mail.

You can also from you end keep a check on your *Bonus Details*, all you need to do is:

1) Log on to your account

2) Click on the *My Account* option on the Main Lobby

3) Select *My Account (website)*

4) Click on the link that reads *Bonus Details*.

You can check the status of a pending bonus or any kind of bonus you are eligible for.

Please note that we do not allow a player to open more than one account in our poker gaming
system. Recently we have deployed a new system check, which will allow only one account per person. This
check has been created to prevent collusion at tables and provide you a better poker environment.

Ash, if you have any questions or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care
Department at any time. We are here 24/7 to assist you via email.

Thank you for choosing us as your online gaming site!

Anyone know anything i can do about this? I've finished my party bonus, is there another skin with a bonus that someone knows of?

they have one. bitch at them and tell them you signed up through an affiliate(FTR).

Or...you can just e-mail info@empirepoker.com again and get another service rep who will be more helpful.

I did this with intertops. Got one customer service rep who said some gibberish about no bonus code. and got another one that said "here's a bonus code that will work". I bitched at the second one and got him to credit my account with that code for the first bonus...so yeah.

Anyways, they DO have a deposit bonus.

It seems to me, much like in the movie rainmaker, some of these sites are equivalent to large insurance companies handling claims. That is to say it seems they have a policy of first refusal. They figure for every 10 people they tell no, only 1 or 2 are going to call them on it and continue seeking the bonus. There's a lot of money they can make doing that.

I think it's a dirty little secret, not a bad draw on a non helpful CSR. Also, the whole cast of Seinfeld was comprised of aliens from another planet.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

Funny thing was, this wasn't a "one after the other" type of request. This was a "I asked you...waited an hour, got no response, then asked you again type of thing."

Then I got TWO seperate responses...at the exact same time. One telling me that there WAS no deposit bonus and the other telling me to use another deposit code to get my bonus. I use gmail, so I could track the string of conversations. It was great, because I got my bonus but I thought it was funny how the customer service reps were blatantly contradicting themselves.

I seriously thought about forwarding the second rep's emails to the first one's, just so that he could see that there WAS a bonus. But then i thought...what do I really have to gain by doing that. And they could take my bonus away...

So yeah.

I emailed them again and got a similar response but also saying there would be a bonus available in the future, i don't know if it's a reload or initial but they gave the impression i'd get one at some point.
