A couple weeks ago I was playing at Ultimate Bet and I see that they have a 100% reload bonus. This is probably because they have been losing a lot of customers after their upgrade process which has been causing a lot of problems and also making everything slower.

But I had about $200 in my neteller account at the time so I figure why not. I know the UB bonus takes a while to clear, but I don't mind it. I'm almost done with transferring it and right after I submit it, it says there was an error and to contact customer service. The money wasn't transferred to my account so I send them an e-mail. The next day they reply saying that they have credited my account with the money. I check, and it's not there. So I reply saying that they haven't credited my account and my transaction history clearly shows no transactions in the last 30 days.

This goes back and forth a few times of them not changing anything, just looking something up, and saying that my account was credited. Well it definetely was not credited.

So I contacted neteller and when UB told them they had credited my account (just like they had repeatedly told me in error) neteller pretty much gave up.

UB only has one way to contact customer support. Just e-mail. I get a different person giving me the same answer everytime. They don't change anything. I'm getting worried that I won't ever see this money again.

I've alway had good luck with Ultimate Bet in the past and I've recommended friends to them many times. Their customer service has always done the right thing before.

So what can I do?

I'd advise you to post this on PocketFives. They have UB representatives hanging round there all the time. I saw a problem not unlike yours get sorted out through the message boards there.

Yeah I posted it there, but their forum sucks and no one even responded. Only good thing about that site is their card calculator.

Well it's now been over 3 weeks and UB hasn't sent me anything since April 1st. I've sent them several polite e-mails asking for some sort of update. I'm wondering if they're actually working on my issue or if they're just ignoring me now.

I can't believe such a respected site would steal money from me. It's going to take more than my money back to keep me from going somewhere else. I will never refer someone to them again.

I don't exactly have the highest opinion of neteller either. Neteller does almost nothing to prevent fraud like this. Sure, they will send an e-mail to the other party, but they won't do anything else. They've got a long way to go if they think they can just let people use their service to steal from others.

This whole situation is making me so sick I'm not sure I even want to play poker online anymore. Sure it wasn't a huge amount this time, but what about when I want to deposit or withdraw $10,000? Are they going to screw that up too?
