Ok here goes, this is a rough draft so bear with me

.

The first part will cover the basic overview, goals, and corporate structure:

There will be 3 website associated with the company:

1: The main portal site, this will have software dl, FAQ's, Announcements, ect. all pertaining to the poker room.

2: An online Poker store. This store will be ran through yahoo store.

3: A communication website, where all company info will be availiable to investores/employees (which certain restrictions as need be).

The Company will be a virtual company, allowing the affordibility and luxery of working from home to employees, There will be scheduled investors meetings, via the web meetings, to begin with monthly, then quaterly once we are established.

The list of goals are as follows:

By December 1 have all 3 websites in atleast working order, as well as a basic room ready for launch. A marketing plan in place and ready.

This will be the first major milestone, its obtainable based on funding, and barring any unforseen dev. issues with sites (which I highly doubt).

Part 2 will follow which will Give an overview of Investing opporunities, marketing strategy, as well as any possible employment opportunities in the near future.

Details pertaining to the actualy poker room (graphics, limits, tourney & SnG structure will follow.
