Just decided to give online poker a try.
Have deposited 75$ in neteller.
So where should I start?
I guess pokerstars is the best choice since I think I can cash-out at any time there due too the inexistence of hand requirements there.
I know that its not much money so hopefully a site that has micro-limits
Is this my best choice?
Please help me with all your experience. What would you do if you were starting to play online with 75$ ?

Most poker rooms play in US$, but Neteller will convert your Euros each way of the transaction for about 2.5%. You may want to consider switching your Neteller account to US$ some time in the future, so the only tansaction costs to you is in and out of your bank, which you will do seldom, rather than the costs of in-and-out of the poker rooms, which you will do frequently.
The two rooms that I've played that I think would work for you are PokerStars and Paradise Poker.
PStars has no sign up bonuses, but are speedy and professional with their cashiering, accepting Neteller, and have real money ring games starting at $0.01/$0.02 , Multi Table Tournaments (MTT) starting at $1, and Sit - N - Go's (SNG) starting at $5+.50.
Paradise has a sign up bonus available that I think would fit your starting money well. The same games are available here as available at PStars.
There are other rooms that might be attractive, but might not make a good fit with your microlimits, or have a bonus that fits your BR. If you want an opinion on any other, specific room, I'll help you out. I'm ok with getting a PM.

thanks.never saw paradise poker spots of publicity anywhere so I guess I´m going to start in pokerstars who look very professional.
what about the prima sites?
I wasted the 10$ free they give anyone like 6 months ago but the site looked very nice and had lots of micro-limits. Is it a good place to play and cash-out fast?
and by the way, changed my neteller to US$

I think if i was to start over with $75, I'd do the prima sites.
In fact, I'd casino whore it until I got to $500 (PM me if you want update information on how to do this); but if you're gonna skip this step...
I'd start with Prima: the players are weak-tight. Read up on how to play limit poker, then take it to Bet365 - it's a prima skin. You only need to deposit $50 (I'd put in your whole $75 so you don't get poor man's syndrome), and you can get $50 after 250 raked hands (you can actually claim it $10 at a time after each 50 hands, but as I had a substantial bankroll when I got to it I claimed it in a lump sum). Bet365 is very professional; highly recommended.
Golden Riviera, CrazyVegas also have similar bonuses. Expekt Poker has the world's best bonus (a whopping 25% match $100 bonus for 100 hands: YES! It's true! I just did it!)
You'll wanna play 0.25/0.50 or 0.50/1 depending on your risk tolerance. That should get you started; I hope you keep us updated on how you're going. This forum is great, and it helped me tremendously when I started about 2 months ago.

Expekt is great. 25% BONUS upto $100, 100 raked hands to clear any size bonus.
To maximize this bonus, one'd want $400 to deposit, otherwise one leaves free money on the table, and then one can never come back and get this underused bonus.
Expekt has raked hands as Dealt/raked $.25 -- Awesome.
This page [ http://www.primapoker.com/rake.php?b...kercom&lang=en ]says the table must be .10/.20 and the pot reach $4 in order to reach $.25 rake -- not too hard if you are OK with .10/.20, but maybe don't waste your time at the .05/.10 tables. They don't tell you that at Expekt before you start.
If you are comfy at .10/.20, maybe the Eurobet $.10/.25 would be ok for you, Kimi? But, IMO, you're not bankrolled for that level of play.

eeeee didn´t started yet because my transfer to neteller isn´t completed.
but it seems expekt is good for such a low bankroll. I found your advice to deposit 400$ in spite of 75$ good but I won´t to start with that amount of money since I am a student, but my bankroll is 1.5 times bigger thank the 0.50 BB so I guess I can play confortable, and in low limit I think there will be no big swings.
hey eeee there is also nordicbet.com from the same prima network with exactly the same sing up bonus and I must say EXACTLY same software ( including the colours ). Do you think they will allow me to do the sign up bonus in both of them? they are the same with different names.
Thanks.

Someone else may know the exact Prima rooms, but there are some Prima rooms that won't give the signup bonus if you've played at any Prima room. But there are other Prima rooms that are less concerned about you spereading yourself around at multiple Primas.
Golden Riviera (Prima) gives out a $20 reload bonus every weekend for a $50 deposit, which is nice early on in one's BR building. They don't care about your Prima history.

Looks like NordicBet.com ( prima ) has the exactly same bonus Should I go for it? or should I do my deposit in pokerstars for that reload bonus everyone is talking about?

ah shucks... if you were going to deposit $50 I wouldn't have played expect so soon... oh wellz
at least I see you're beating the primapoker rooms. You asked me to post, so I'll offer my personal suggestion:
1. Starluck Casino
($100 deposit, get $100 free. Play blackjack. Do the Survey. Get outta there)
2. Planetluck Casino
(See above. Don't link your comp accounts if you wanna be able to do the survey twice).
3. Bet365 Casino
($200 deposit, get $200 free. Play blackjack)
4. Party Poker/Empire Poker/Intertops
But if you're not going to do the casinos, then stay with the Prima rooms for now. The climate on Prima is significantly different to Party: much more weak tight - if you get checkraised on the turn you can pretty much fold it no probs. So stay with the Prima skins so you don't have to adapt to the varying degrees of 'looseness'. I find Prima rooms the most beatable room of all. I'm going to make a new post re. Prima skin bonuses, so please refer to that.
5. You can msg me again for more help. Check out my weblog (address in my sig) for more info

After Expekt.com I did GrandBayPoker.com bonus and I have arround 300$ in my account.
So that means that I completed two of prima houses, and still have a longway too go. Now I am going to get 50$ on GoldenenRiviera.com for only 100 raked hands
Any tip or suggestion would be apreciated.
thnks salsa and eeee for helping me.

eee and salsa I decided to stop th prima network for a while to put money in poker stars to be able o receive the reload bonus in the future. My intention was to go there just play 20 or 30 hands and cash out but I ended there playing more ( gained 14 FPP during my stay ) and must say that stars is defenitly much more difficult than prima network! Still turned my bankroll into 500 I am very happy but I am going back to prima since I only did only 2 rooms.
Didnt liked the stars software too, prefered the prima. Nothing compares to gus hansen poker champs, simple, pratical, futuristic and good looking. One day I will go there to eat the crazy dan lol

You have the bankroll to really start accumulating some bonuses. Sounds like you are a winning player and will make money wherever you play, but don't neglect the fast free money.

It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.
